Cookie Dough Protein Balls


  • 1/3 cup protein powder (recommended: use any plant based brand including pea or rice)
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 2TBSP maca powder
  • 2TBSP cocoa nibs
  • 1/4 cup *MelroseHealth coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup *MelroseHealth cashew nut butter
  • 1TBSP cacao powder
  • 1TBSP raw honey (optional)


  • Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix to combine well. Rolll out balls (just smaller than a golf ball) and place on a plate with baking paper. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
