Cookie Dough Protein Balls

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup protein powder (recommended: use any plant based brand including pea or rice)
- 1 cup almond meal
- 2TBSP maca powder
- 2TBSP cocoa nibs
- 1/4 cup *MelroseHealth coconut oil
- 1/3 cup *MelroseHealth cashew nut butter
- 1TBSP cacao powder
- 1TBSP raw honey (optional)
Method:
- Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix to combine well. Rolll out balls (just smaller than a golf ball) and place on a plate with baking paper. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
